Controls   and   Features

   

Read   this   Owner’s   Manual   Completely   and   Carefully   before   Operating   Generator.   

   

Legend

Fuel   Filler   Cap

   -­‐   Vented   Fuel   Cap   Must   be   Properly   Installed   at   all   times   during   

Operation.

-­‐   Statistics   Display   portraying   generator   output.

Engine   Switch   

   -­‐   Rocker   Style;   Set   to   “ON”   to   start   Engine   &   “OFF”   to   Shut   Off   

Engine.

AC   Receptacle   

-­‐   120V   20amp   AC   Power   Output.   

6.

 

Ground   Terminal   

-­‐   Always   connect   generator   to   an   Earth   Grounding   Source.      

Consult   Local   Energy   Jurisdiction   for   Code   Requirements   in   your   area.

Fuel   Tank   

-­‐   External   Gasoline   Tank;   Refer   to   Product   Specifications   for   capacity.

Muffler   

-­‐   Exhaust   muffler   emits   combustion   gas   from   engine   and   lowers   the   

noise   level   of   the   generator.   

Choke   Lever   

-­‐   Before   starting   cold   generator,   rotate   the   choke   lever   to   the   left   

until   resistance   is   felt.      After   starting   the   generator,   rotate   the   choke   lever   to   the   

right   to   disengage.

Fuel   Cock   

-­‐   Turn   to   “ON”   position   to   allow   fuel   to   enter   fuel   system;   Turn   to   

“OFF”   to   end   fuel   supply   to   fuel   system.

Dipstick   

-­‐   Check/Fill   Engine   Oil.   

11.

 

Air   Cleaner

   -­‐   Check   Maintenance   Schedule   for   Service   Intervals.   

12.

 

Starter   Handle   

-­‐   Pull   Handle   to   Rotate   Engine   for   Starting.
