Pre-‐Operating Instructions: Pump Water Capacity
Check
CAUTION:
•
Do NOT run engine without water inside the pump. Operation of engine
without water inside the pump will cause the pump to overheat.
Prolonged operation of engine without water inside the pump will
damage the pump gasket and impeller.
•
If water within the pump is not full, shut off the engine at once and fill
the pump after allowing the unit to cool.
To Check Pump Water:
1.
Remove Water Filler Cap.
2.
Visually Check for Water inside pump.
3.
If too low, add water through Water Filler Hole.
4.
Securely re-‐fasten Water Filler Cap.
