Pre-Operating Instructions: Assembly 

(continued) 

 

WHEEL KIT INSTALLATION:

 

 
The Following Tools are needed to Install Wheel Kit: 

 

Safety Glasses 

 

8mm-14mm Wrench Set 

 

8mm-14mm Ratchet & Socket Set 

 

17mm Ratchet & Socket 

 
 

Wheel Kit Installation Directions: 

Refer to Assembly Diagram. 

 
NOTE: Install Wheel Kit BEFORE Filling the Unit with Fuel or Oil.  Never Tip a Unit that 
contains Fuel or Oil. 

 

1.

 

Attach Flip Up Handle to Mounting Bracket with Flange Bolt and Nut. 

2.

 

Attach other Flip Up Handle using Flange Bolt and Nut. 

3.

 

Tip Unit so Engine End is up. 

4.

 

Slide Axle through both Mounting Brackets. 

5.

 

Place a Wheel on Both Sides as shown in “Assembly Diagram.” 

6.

 

Securely Tighten Wheel Nuts with the 17mm Socket. 

7.

 

Tip the Alternator End of the Unit up. 

8.

 

Place the Support Legs under the Frame Brace as shown in “Assembly Diagram.” 

9.

 

Secure with the provided Cap Screws and Hex Nuts.  Securely tighten using
