Disconnect Switch

—TVSS units must be connected to the load side of the main service discon-

nect, or load side of a protected circuit’s disconnecting means.
Interceptor II “SI” Models with an “R” designator in the part number, are equipped with an inter-

nal disconnect switch, that can be used to de-energize the unit’s transient surge suppressing com-

ponents for servicing.
