This DigitaLinx™ Digital Media Distribution Amplifier is an externally powered
digital HDMI or DVI Distribution Amplifier device. This device allows one
digital video source to be sent to up to five digital displays. The unit’s
amplification function allows HDMI and DVI signal distribution without
signal loss.
The device is compliant with DVI 1.0 and HDMI 1.3 signals for single link
resolutions. The device is fully compliant with HDCP protocol.
The system can easily accommodate “DVI only” inputs and outputs by using
Liberty’s high quality HDMI to DVI interconnects. The DVI connector is routed
to the sources and display unit while the HDMI connector plugs into the
DigitaLinx™ Digital Media Distribution Amplifier. The digital audio signal is not
transmitted when using DVI connectors.
