Caution should be used when small children or animals are in the vicinity of the chair.

Ensure chair castors are locked at all times unless the chair is being moved to another location.

DO NOT use the chair as a transportation device. 

Ensure all body parts are kept away from all moving parts on the chair frame.

DO NOT sit on side arms. 

DO NOT use accessories that are not designed, or approved for use with Liberty Healthcares chairs.

DO NOT alter the chair or its electrical components.

Ensure chair parts are kept clean at all times. Wipe down with an antibacterial solution routinely or if
spillage occurs to avoid risk of contamination and bacterial buildup. 

Do not allow liquids to come into contact with electronic components.

Disconnect the main power cord from the supply before moving the chair.

Ensure black cable ties stay intact at all times. 

Do not place any objects/items on, or over moving mechanisms. This may result in damage.

Excessive or sudden impacts to the moving mechanisms may result in damage.

DO NOT attempt to repair or service the chair. A Liberty Healthcare authorised technician should
conduct repairs and service. If the moving mechanisms are not functioning correctly, or have been
damaged,  take  the  chair  out  of  use  immediately.  Contact  Liberty  Healthcare  on  1300  885  853  for
service information.

Check  electric  cords  regularly  and  notify  Liberty  Healthcare  on  1300  885  853  immediately  If  any
damage occurs, cease to use and remove mains power until checked and repaired by an authorised
technician.

Switch off mains power and disconnect the power cord from the electrical outlet before cleaning.

DO NOT use steam cleaners or high-pressure washers.

DO NOT use harsh chemicals or solvents.

DO NOT directly spray the chair frame, especially the electrical parts.

Hand wipe chair frame surfaces with a damp cloth and mild antibacterial solution if necessary.

The handset is NOT waterproof and must NOT be washed or immersed in liquid.

Dry thoroughly before use.
