1. Turn Frame 

(B)

 on it’s back. Insert Axle Rod 

(F)

 thru the 

axle bushing on the frame. Repeat. 

See Figure 1 

2. Place the tires 

(C)

 over the axle with the air valve facing 

out. Place the axle washer 

(M)

 over the thread and screw on 

the axle nut 

(N)

 and tighten securely. Repeat for each 

remaining tire. 

See Figures 2 & 3

 

4. Insert the Brass Swivel 

(I)

 through the U-bushing 

   

 (G)

 and screw the end of the swivel into the 

    galvanized tee 

(K)

See Figure 4

. Using a wrench,

    tighten the swivel into the galvanized tee. Tighten

    securely but do not over tighten. Over tightening  

    the swivel could cause leakage.    

3. Set the cart upright on the tires.

5. Screw the galvanized tee 

(K)

 onto the spool end

 Tighten with wrench.
