DISTRIBUTOR or the DISTRIBUTOR'S customers may ship the
instruments directly to LI-COR if they are unable to repair the
instrument themselves even though the DISTRIBUTOR has been
approved for making such repairs and has agreed with the
customer to make such repairs as covered by this limited warranty.
