This updated RIGI DUO cableway
features:
- two cable cars with opening
doors and hatches
- a lower “valley” station with
Bühler motor and built-in elec-
tronic control unit
- adjustable speed, including stop
- adjustable travel time
- adjustable reversing time
- prototypical acceleration and
braking
- an upper “mountain” station with
mounting screws
- two suspension cables
- 18 volt AC transformer
- overload protection circuits
- paperboard loading building kit
- four skier figures
- lift tickets with ticket punch

OPERATION
Preparation
1. Attach the valley station to a
horizontal surface (Fig. 1). (4
mounting screws are included.)
Attention! The valley station must
be in a dry location.
2. Attach the mountain station
to a vertical surface (Fig. 2). (2
mounting screws and 2 anchors
are included.) The mountain stati-
on should be approximately 3
meters (9.8 ft) directly from the
valley station and approximately
1.3 meters (4.3 ft) above the val-
ley station.
Hint: The distance between the
stations can be reduced, but the
gradient from the valley station to
the mountain station should
always be approximately 30° (Fig.
3).
3. Compare the two suspension
cables. Trim one cable so that it is
