TEST OPERATION
Check list before test operation
Operate with the operation mode of the wired
remote controller of CONTROL KIT as ‘wind
only’ for 2~3 sec. to verify if the rotation direc-
tions of AHU SA and RA Fan are the same as
the direction marked on the fan.
If the Fan rotates in the reverse direction,
check the power line connection part on R/S/T
of the Motor power supply again.
If damper actuator is installed as an option,
check if each damper opening is composed as
follows 2 min. after power supply.
If it is composed reversely from the above
state, adjust Dip switch of damper actuator to
rotate in the reverse direction.
Cautions
After supplying power into CONTROL KIT,
check if it is displayed in the following order
on AHU Controller 7segment.
If ‘6’ is displayed on 7segment, operation be-
comes possible.
It requires about 10~15 min. after the power
supply from the system initialization to opera-
tion standby state.
