Cause & Solution
The unit does not
operate normally.

Make sure that you have pressed the
on/off button properly.
y
Charge the unit according to the
instructions in this user manual.

Check if the battery status LED on the
unit lights up to make sure the unit is
charging.
No Power
y
The battery is discharged. Recharge the
battery.
y
Connect the unit to the power supply
with the charging adapter.
y
Check the charger to which you connect
the unit is live.
y
Check whether the voltage indicated on
the unit corresponds to the local mains
voltage.
