1. Put sugar, cream, milk and starch in a deep and large bowl (about 3
bowl).
2. Place the bowl in the center of the oven.
3. No cover. During the cooking, stir several times.
4. After cooking, add the medium sized crisp pastry into the mixture. And mix well.
5. Pour half the pastry mix in a suitable bowl, sprinkle half the raisins, walnuts, and
almonds on it. Pour the other half of pastry mix, cover with cream level top and
sprinkle pistachios, almonds, and raisins on top and serve hot.
1. Clean and wash rice.
2. Pour water and rice into a deep and large bowl.
3. No cover. Place the bowl in the oven and cook.
4. When beep, the oven will stop. Remove the bowl from the oven and stir once.
Add sugar, milk, cardamom and rosewater and then stir well.
5. Press start key to continue cooking. Stirring is required from time to time
and being careful it doesn’t stick, specially towards the end.
6. After cooking, pour into a bowl and leave it to cool. Serve well chilled and
garnished with pistachio and almond slivers.
