TROUBLESHOOTING

Door Lock  System Failure,F10?

Note : 

Just after self-clean start, the door lock motor 

starts to rotate.

During this time if the door lock switch does 

NOT operate properly after rotating twice, then 

supervising circuit detects a Door Lock failure and 

the F10 error code appears.

Go to No 2

Check the operation of door 

lock motor.

Press PROBE

button for  3 seconds.

and try  to open the door.

Does  the door open?

Door lock icon turns on and

“OVEN LOCKOUT” is displayed

No

Yes

Plug in the unit

Reconnect.

If defective harness,

replace or fix

Is the Connector disconnected 

or loose?

Check the following : 

(1)  Between Main PCB and 

Relay PCB (Main : CN51)

(Relay : CN11)

(2) Electric wiring CN01 of relay PCB

(3) Electric wiring of Locking Motor and Micro Switch

(4) Electric wiring of CN32 of Main PCB

No

Yes

Unplug the unit

It is normal.
