Creating a Knock Code

Tap Settings Display Lock screen Select screen lock
Knock Code .

Tap the squares in a pattern of your choice to create a Knock Code
and tap NEXT .

Input the created Knock Code again for verification, then tap
CONFIRM .

Set a backup PIN to use when the Knock Code is forgotten.
Unlocking the screen with a Knock Code
Unlock the screen by inputting the Knock Code you have created.
Input your knock Code on the touch screen when the screen is turned
off.
• It is also possible to enter a Knock Code when the lock screen is
turned on.
Device encryption
Encrypting your device
By default, data on the device have been encrypted to protect the data
after boot. It is also possible to display a user confirmation prompt when
the power is turned on by setting Secure start-up while in lock screen
mode. You can set the device with the lock settings so that it displays a
user identification prompt when it is turned on.
