Connecting the Watch to a Mobile Device

How to Pair Your Watch

Turn on the watch and swipe the welcome screen left to begin.

Tap a language.

Connect your watch to a power source and swipe left to continue.

NOTE

•

If the battery is at less than 20%, charge your watch first before proceeding
the next step.

Swipe left following the on-screen instructions until the watch name is
displayed.

Open the

Android Wear

app on your phone. Turn Bluetooth on

during setup, if it isn’t already on.

On your phone, you’ll see a list of nearby devices. Tap your watch’s
name.

You’ll see a pairing code on your watch and phone. Check that the
codes match.

Tap

Pair

on your phone to start pairing.

You’ll see a confirmation message on your watch once it is paired. This
may take a few minutes.

Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the initial setup.

After Pairing

To have the best Android Wear experience, we recommend turning on

Google Now

and

Location Services

. Go to

Google settings

Settings

on your phone if they aren’t already on.
