NOTE: If you have not logged into your Google account and have forgotten your
Unlock Pattern, you will need to enter your Backup PIN.
5. Using the Complete Reset (Factory Reset)
If your phone does not restore to its original condition, use a Complete
Factory Reset to initialize it.
1 Power on your Phone.
2 Touch Apps > Settings > Backup & reset (under PERSONAL menu)

In Backup & reset, touch
Factory data reset
to erase all data and
restore default settings.
WARNING
If you perform a Hard Reset, all user applications, user data and DRM licenses will
be deleted. Please remember to back up any important data before performing
a Hard Reset.
