3.2 Power Management

A mobile platform requires power supplies for different functions. These power supplies are generated in the integrated
power management Unit (PMU). The PMU is designed to deliver the power for a typical standard phone.

* DC/DC Step Down Converter with LDO Mode for 1.2V (VCORE)

The DC/DC converter generates a 1. V supply rail. This voltage rail is used to supply main parts of the system. Among
buck converters, VCORE also provide LDO mode for lower cost requirement.
