Installation and Setup
Speaker System Connection
1. Connect the SYSTEM connector on the DVD/CD Receiver to the SYSTEM connector on the active
subwoofer with the supplied system cable (S) .
If you don’t connect rightly the system cable, the “CHECK CABLE” appears in the display window.
2. Connect speaker connector on the DVD/CD Receiver to the speaker connector on the bottom of active
subwoofer with the supplied speaker cables.
Notes:
To obtain the best possible surround sound, adjust the speaker parameters (volume, distance, etc.).
Be sure to match the speaker cable to the appropriate terminal on the components: + to + and – to –. If the
cables are reversed, the sound will be distorted and will lack bass.
If you use front speakers with low maximum input rating, adjust the volume carefully to avoid excessive output
on the speakers.
