Clear Storage
Allows you to remove all your data
and files from the Internal memory
and also External memory (SD Card)
and reset your device to factory
default settings.
Tap Start > Setting > System tab
and select Clear Storage .
After entering your password,
press the
Enter .
Select the check boxes for the
types of memory that you want
to remove.
Press the Clear .
NOTE:
A Hard Reset should only be
performed after all other trouble
shooting options have been
exhausted.
After a hard reset, the device is
restored to its default settings
- the way it was when you first
purchased it and turned it on.
Any programs you installed, data
you entered, and settings you
customized on your device will
be lost.
