5. Using the Hard Reset (Factory Reset)
To return your phone to its factory reset condition, use a Hard Reset
(Factory Reset) to initialize it.

Turn the power off.

Press and hold the
Power/Lock Key
+
Volume Down Key
on the
phone.

When LG logo appears, release all keys and press and hold the
Power/
Lock Key
again.

Release the
Power/Lock Key
when the Factory data reset screen is
displayed.

Press the
Volume keys
and scroll to Yes. And then, press the
Power/
Lock Key
.

Press the
Volume keys
and scroll to Yes. And then, press the
Power/
Lock Key
to begin a Hard Reset.
WARNING
If you perform a Hard Reset, all user applications, user data and DRM
licenses will be deleted. Please remember to backup any important data
before performing a Hard Reset.
6. Activating/deactivating and switching
applications
You can keep more than one application running at the same time. There
is no need to deactivate an application before activating another one.
Use and switch between several activating applications. Manage each
application, deactivating and activating them as needed to ensure that
idle applications don't consume memory unnecessarily.
