Using Audible Diagnosis to
Diagnose Issues

Smart Diagnosis
using the app continues
to fail, click the Use Diagnosis with
'Go to
Audible Diagnosis'
button of the ThinQ
App and follow the instructions that appear.

Press the
Mode
and
Auto Fan
buttons on the control panel at the
same time for 3 seconds.

Place your phone near the product.
•
Make sure the phone’s microphone
is facing the front of the product.

The results of Smart Diagnosis
will be displayed in the LG ThinQ
application.
NOTE
•
For accurate diagnosis, do not move
the smartphone away from the product
until the beep stops.
•
Please be quiet around the product
during Smart Diagnosis.
