Meaning: This object is used to set the operation modes of the air conditioner.
Present_Value property:
Remarks : 1. The Present_Value property will be set to "1: Cool" as the default value if property
has never been set in the past.
2. The air conditioner will ignore the command to an object that does not have right to
select operation mode. Therefore, the controlled/monitored system must not use this
object for the air conditioner without the right to select operation mode.
