TROUBLE SHOOTING GUIDE
1. Check the booting Voltage

Make sure the CLK of X101

Make sure the Output Voltage of power block
IC400 : +5V, IC403 : +1.1V, IC404: +1.5V, Q406 : +3.3V
Make sure the Power
