The SOGEVAC
®
SV10-16 B pumps should be run with mineral oils for vacu-
um pumps with low viscosity according to ISO category VG32. The Leybold
oil LVO120 corresponds to these prescriptions.
You may use other special lubricants adapted to the applications. Please con-
sult us.
