Lexmark X84-X85

Click Start   Programs   Lexmark X84-X85   Scan & Copy Control Program.

Click File   Setup, and then select the Copy/Fax tab.

If the fax driver you want to use as your default is not listed:

Click Fax Setup.

From the list, select the fax driver you want to use as your default.

Click Select.

Note: Cable and Digital Subscriber Line (DSL) modems are not supported.

Uninstalling and reinstalling the printer software

If the printer software is not functioning properly or a communications error message appears 
when you try to use your printer, you may need to uninstall, and then reinstall the printer 
software.

Uninstalling software

Disconnect the USB cable.

Click Start   Programs   Lexmark X84-X85   Uninstall.

Follow the instructions on your computer screen to uninstall the printer software.
