Lexmark S800 Series
System board with media sensor, cable, and spring removal
1. Remove the right side cover. See “Right side cover removal” on page 4-5 .
2. Remove the left side cover. See
“Left side cover removal” on page 4-6
.
3. Remove the rear cover. See “Rear cover removal” on page 4-12 .
4. Remove the front door/operator panel/camera assembly. See
“Front door/operator panel/camera assembly
removal” on page 4-13 .
5. Disconnect all cables from the system board.
6. Remove the four screws (A) from the system board shield, and the one screw (B) from the system board.
7. Lift the system board, and remove.
8. Remove the media sensor.
