SET - UP
Secondary Tap Selection
Transformer secondary tap selection is necessary to insure proper output voltage, unit operation and to extend
lamp life. Tap selection must be based on the maximum load wattage (sum of the wattage of all lights
connected to the MRIDC Dimmer output and select the tap rated slightly greater than the wattage).
A minimum
30% load (of tap level) is required at all times.
Improper tap selection may cause damage and will void the
manufacturer warranty. See the circuit diagram or tap rating charts below for tap wattages.
