Always store your jack in the fully lowered position. This protects important parts against corrosion. 
Don´t use brake fluid, gear oil or regular motor oil - could be damaged. Always use products designed 
for use in hydraulic jacks. 
 

SERVICE: 

In any case where it appears to be damaged lifter is worn or operates abnormally it should be 
taken out of service until repaired by an authorized service center. To apply only spare parts 
authorized by the manufacturer. Call the Customer Service Department. Once a year, it is 
recommended to check the manufacturer or the professional services to ensure optimal state 
of your jack and also check the safety labels and signs intended by the manufacturer. 

 

CHECKING THE OIL LEVEL:  

1.

 

Turn the drain valve counterclockwise to start the lift cylinder to the bottom position. This 
may require a pushing force. 

 

2.

 

The jack on a flat surface, remove the filler cap. Place the jack in a vertical position with an 
extension for the rod in the lower position. The oil should be level with the lower part of the 
filling opening. If not, add oil (HRD ST15). Do not overfill. Always fill the new clean 
hydraulic oil for lifters. 

 

3.

 

Replace the filler cap and the control plate. 

 

4.

 

Check the operation of the lift. 

 

5.

 

If necessary, bleed the air from the hydraulic system.
