TROUBLESHOOTING

ISSUE

POSSIBLE REASON

POSSIBLE SOLUTION

MONITOR/CAMERA NOT 
FUNCTIONING

• Monitor/Camera may not be powered On.
• Monitor battery may be depleted.
• Power adapters may not be properly connected.

• Confirm the monitor and camera are powered On.

• Try recharging the monitor battery.
• Check the power adapter connections.

NO RECEPTION OR PICTURE ON THE 
MONITOR

• Monitor and camera may not be properly paired.
• Camera may be too far away from the monitor.

• Follow the Camera Pairing instructions to re-connect
   the camera and monitor.
• Try moving the monitor and camera closer together.

 

RECEPTION INTERFERENCE (STATIC)

• Monitor and camera may be too far apart. 
• Monitor battery power may be too low.
• Other electronic devices such as microwave ovens or       
  wireless routers may be interfering with the signal.
• Camera and monitor may be placed too close to metal     
   objects. 

• Try moving the monitor and camera closer together.
• Try recharging the monitor battery.
• Try moving the position of the unit.

FEEDBACK (SCREECHING, STATIC) IS 
COMING THROUGH THE MONITOR/
CAMERA

• Camera and monitor may be too close together.
• Volume on the monitor may be set too high.

• Try moving the position of the unit.
• Adjust the monitor volume to a lower setting to prevent 
  feedback.

NOISE (STATIC, BEEPING) IS COMING 
THROUGH THE MONITOR 

• Monitor battery power may be too low.

• Try recharging the battery.

PICTURE WORKS BUT THERE IS NO 
SOUND

• Volume settings on the monitor may be too low.

• Adjust the monitor volume to a higher setting.

AUDIO WORKS BUT THERE IS NO 
PICTURE

• Power Save Mode may be enabled.

• Change the Power Save setting to Always On to enable 
  continuous video/audio monitoring.
