Loop the looped end of the each Webbing Strap

bottom of the Tie-off Plate

Secure each S-Hook

to the preferred
tie-down locations in the truck bed with one
reaching as far towards the truck cab as
possible and the other as close to the back of
the bed as possible as shown.
Lace the Webbing Strap

though the Cam
Buckle

attached to the S-Hook and tighten
