CLEANING

Allow the appliance to cool down before disassembling it or cleaning it.
1. Disassemble “Gear and shaft parts” from the top of body

1) Undo the screw to unlock the bracket from the gear.
2) Remove the bracket from the gear and the back-body plate

The grease residue tray can be lifted up for removal from the appliance.
The reflector can slide up from the back-body plate to remove it for cleaning,
Before next use, ensure it has been fitted back into the appliance.
Do not use the appliances without the reflector added.

As after frequent use grease residues might burn on the reflector, we advise you to cover the reflector with tinfoil.
However, make sure that the foil does not come into contact with the heating elements. The tinfoil can be changed
according to the use frequency, which allows you to keep the reflector clean.
Never immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid. Never place it into the dishwasher.
The removable skewers, grease residue tray, gear and shaft parts, bracket and screw, skewers holder and the
reflector are dishwasher safe. The removable parts can be washed in warm water with washing detergent.
