Thermal Sensor
This thermal sensor is located outside the enclosure and sends input to the enclosure about its external
operating ambient temperature.
Operator’s (Ops) Panel (5U Enclosures)
The front of the enclosure features an operator’s (ops) panel (shown in Figure 22 “Enclosure Operator’s Panel
” on page 19) on the left-hand side which contains the following:
• Unit Identification Display.
• Input button.
• Power On/Standby LED (green/amber).
• Module Fault LED (amber).
• Logical Status LED (amber)
• Drawer 1 Fault LED (amber).
• Drawer 2 Fault LED (amber).
The ops panel is an integral part of the chassis, and is not replaceable on site.
