Reason and solution:
The motherboard may not support the USB interface ,please
try to upgrade the motherboard driver.

Reason and solution:
Mainly caused by plugging USB during file transfer, please
do not disconnect from computer during file transfer to
avoid exceptions on the computer side.

Why the total memory does not appear in accordance with
the actual memory?
Reason and solution:
Mainly because that there needs memory to store program
and display font, therefore, the total memory showed is
smaller than the actual memory.

