recover
damages

negligence

damage
to
your
tangible
property
resulting
from
the
negligence

entire
liability

actual
damages

any
one
Default
will
not
in
any
event
exceed
125%
of
the
amount
you
paid
for
the
Machine
directly
relating
to
the
Default.

liability

to
in

under
no
circumstances
is
Lenovo,
its
suppliers,
resellers
or
Service
Providers
liable
for
any

or
consequential
loss;
