b. Align the small triangle 1 of the microprocessor socket cover with the small triangle 2 on the
microprocessor socket. Lower the socket cover into the socket and carefully press the socket cover
until it snaps into position.

c. Gently close the microprocessor retainer, press down the small handle, and then push the handle
inward to lock the retainer into position.
