Electrical shock hazard. Turn OFF electrical power sup-
ply at service panel before making electrical connections.

1.
Verify all electrical power to boiler / burner and fuel
supply to burner are shut off.
2.
With swing door open, clean any soot accumulations
from end of burner and if applicable burner head.
3.
Remove burner drawer assembly, clean electrodes and
then reset electrode spark gap per manufacturer’s rec-
ommendations.
4.
Replace oil nozzle with same size and type recommend-
ed for use on this boiler.
5.
Install burner drawer assembly make sure head location
(and size if applicable) are per manufacturer’s recom-
mendations. If burner being used has damaged head,
replace head with same head recommended for use on
this boiler.
6.
Inspect and clean oil burner blower wheel.
7.
Remove oil pump cover and clean / replace pump
screen. Carefully reassemble insuring pump cover cre-
ates proper seal.
8.
Securely fasten swing door shut.
9.
Replace fuel filter (if applicable).
10.
Connect electrical and fuel supplies.
11.
Fire burner, check for proper combustion using com-
bustion test equipment and making adjustments as
necessary.
12.
Insure all safety controls and operating controls are
functioning properly.
