it is very important that you choose the right size of eartips that perfectly fit
into your ears. If the size is too small or too big, the sound quality will not be perfect.

Troubleshooting
The device does not turn
on

Ensure that the device has been charged
There is no sound when
audio is being played

Increase the volume
2.
Check if the device is connected to Bluetooth.
If using MP3 mode play, ensure that audio files have been
copied to the device

Check if the audio files are in a supported format
4.
Check if the audio files are damaged
5.
Make sure that the device is not in pause mode
Audio files cannot be
transferred to the device

Check if the USB cable is properly connected

Check if the device has sufficient storage space
The device cannot connect
to Bluetooth

Check if your phone's Bluetooth is enabled

Restart the Bluetooth on your phone or BTX-860

Check if the device is in pairing mode
The sound is not good
