Adjusting the handlebar height
Handlebar height is a matter of preference. Start with the handle bars

Loosen the handlebar forward/aft adjustment lever and slide the handlebars either forward of

backward as desired. The forward/aft position should be set to allow the rider to comfortably grasp
the handles with a slight bend at the elbow.
Tighten the adjustment lever clockwise to secure the handlebar assembly. (Remember to use the

ratchet feature of the adjustment lever as necessary.) Note the final position mark for future refer-
ence.
