hot-air welder
Congratulations on your purchase of the UNIPLAN 300 / 500.
You have chosen a first-class hot-air welder.
It was developed and produced in accordance with the very latest state of technology in the plastics-processing
industry.
It has also been manufactured using high-quality materials.
You can find more information on the UNIPLAN 300 / 500 at
• Manually-guided hot-air welder for overlap welding, hem welding or pipe welding PVC, PE and similar mate-
rials.
• For use in well-ventilated areas.
• Welding widths: 20mm, 30mm and 40mm
The statutory health and safety regulations applicable in the country of use must be complied with. Never use

You can also find this document in the operating instructions on our website.
Power cord and extension cable
• The
power cord (3)
must be able to move freely and
must not hinder the user or third parties during work (trip
hazard).
• Any extension cables must be approved for the utilization
site and be marked accordingly. Take into account the
necessary minimum conductor cross-section for extension cables, as required.
On-site generators for power supply
When using on-site generators as a power supply, please ensure that the on-site generators are grounded and
equipped with residual-current circuit breakers.
For the nominal output of on-site generators, the formula "2 × nominal output of the hot-air welder applies".
