Do not let children play with
the appliance.
The appliance is intended for indoor
use only (private households and
similar applications). Do not use
the appliance in damp rooms or
outdoors (e.g.in rain).
Protect the appliance from severe
heat and do not use it near hot
surfaces or flammable gases.
Do not bring the connecting cable
into contact with hot parts.
Do not bend the connecting cable or
lay it over sharp edges as this can
cause the cable to break.
Do not wind the connecting cable
around the Sous Vide Cooker.
Only use the appliance if the water
level in the pot is between the “Min”
and “Max” mark on the heating
rod cover.
Keep the Sous Vide Cooker dry.
Never immerse the entire appliance,
the connecting cable or the mains
plug in water or other liquids.
Disconnect the mains plug from
the socket immediately if the entire
appliance including the control unit
has become wet. Have it checked by
a specialist before using it again.
Use the appliance only in water and
never in other liquids.
Always remove the mains plug from
the socket when the
appliance is not being used, or
before cleaning or maintenance.
Allow the appliance to cool before
picking it up or storing away.
Always pull the power cable out of
the socket using the plug and not
the cable.
The water becomes very hot when
cooking. Use tongs to place the food
in the cooking water.
Take care when moving containers
of hot water.
After use never place the Sous Vide
Cooker on flammable surfaces when
the heating rod is hot.
Use a coaster to protect worktops
from hot containers.
Take care not to touch hot surfaces.
Never leave the appliance
unattended while the mains plug is
plugged into the socket.
Do not allow the appliance to
come into direct contact with food.
Only use approved boiling bags.
Unplug the immersion heater before
removing it from the liquid.
The appliance is not intended to be
operated by means of an external
timer or a separate remote-control
system.
