In
general,
in
case
of
technical
troubles
check
the
electrical
signal
connections
and
the
power
supply
(LED
glows)
first.
If
this
turns
out
to
be
not
helpful,
we
have
compiled
the
following
questions
and
answers
for
you
to
find
the
cause
and
solve
the
problem.
Problem Description
Possible Cause/Possible Solution
Battery does not
charge or charges too
long
•
Does the red charging LED glow? Maybe the charging
power of you power adapter or the USB port is not strong
enough. In this case, please use another compatible power
adapter or another USB port.
•
The LED does not glow - Please check if all interfaces are
properly connected and the DC IN input was used to
charge. If the Power Station is charged via PC, it may be
necessary to switch the PC on to have power on the USB
port.
Battery cannot charge
device
•
Is the Portable Power Station sufficiently charged?
If the LED glows red, the capacity of the battery is below
30%. Please charge the battery as soon as possible.
•
Please check if the included adapters are compatible with
your mobile phone or devices. If necessary, check the
charging function with the original accessories of your
device.
•
Have you accidentally connected the battery to an iPad with the
original Apple charging cable? See notes under point
"CHARGING MOBILES/SMARTPHONES AND OTHER
DEVICES"
Battery charges device
just partly
•
Maybe the capacity of the device's battery is higher than the
capacity of the Power Station, especially possible with
Tablets, which contain high capacity batteries.
