Power Switch
– Turns the detector on and off. Press to turn on or
off.
2.
Accuracy Switch
– Selects the detection accuracy. Press to select
fine or coarse setting.
3.
Audio Switch
– Selects the audio level. Press to select loud, soft or
off.
4.
LCD Window
– Front and rear LCD arrow displays indicate the
detector’s position.
5.
Laser Reception Window
– Detects the laser beam. The reception
window must be directed towards the laser.
6.
Audio Speaker
– Indicates the detector’s position.
• High – Fast beeping
• On-grade – Solid tone
• Low – Slow beeping
7.
Mounting Hole
– Location to attach the detector bracket.
8.
Offset Notch
– UUse to transfer reference marks. The notch is 45
mm (1.75”) below to top of the detector.

Product Labe
l – Serial number and information.
10.
Battery Door
– Holds one 9-volt alkaline batteries. A new battery
must be installed in the position noted inside the battery compart-
ment.

Grade Indication Arrows
– Five channels are displayed: high, near
grade high, on-grade, near grade low, low.

Receiver Low Battery Warning
– The low battery icon will appear
when the detector’s batteries are almost depleted.
3.
Accuracy Indication
– Two levels of accuracy are displayed: (a) fine,
(b) coarse.
4.
Audio Volume Indication
– Three settings are displayed: (a) loud,
(b) soft – icon blinking or (c) off - no icon.
