MX421 Installation Manual
Data Interface to MK40 Chartplotter
Follow the diagram in Figure 11 to interface the MX421 antenna to the MK40
chartplotter. The MX421-10 and MX421B-10 connection to the MK40 terminal box
is shown below. Only three wires from the MX421 or MX421B cable are used,
namely;
RED ------------------ +12 ~32 VDC
Black ----------------- Negative Return and Signal GND
GREEN ------------- GPS Data +
