the reference line.
<Radius:> User input Available for <Method: 2 Points/Radius> . The
radius of the reference arc.
<Arc Dist:> Output The horizontal grid distance along the arc between
<Start Point:> and <End Point:> of the arc. ----- is
displayed if the distance cannot be calculated.
