Power Up and Configuration
Pre-Check
Clean out metal scraps, dust, and debris from the relay panel enclosure.
Inspect low and high voltage wiring for loose connections, bare or damaged insulation.
Mount the high voltage cover.
Verify that all configuration dip switches and jumpers are set per the installation requirements.
See section on switch configuration, page 11.
Power Up
Apply power with breaker supplying power to the relay panel.
Check following LED status indicators:
Test each contact input and ensure the configured relays respond as expected and the relay
status LEDs track the response.
If DMX is being used to control the relay panel, verify operation using the DMX controller for the
system. The DMX LED will be lit if a DMX signal is present.
