4.1 DTM-MA Inputs
The DTM-MA has two inputs, labeled EMER and OCC at the connector. The OCC input at the
DTM-MA can be used for any dry-contact input that is momentary or maintained, active high or
low. The minimum pulse width for a momentary signal is 40ms.
The EMER input at the DTM-MA can be used for a dry-contact input or a daylight sensor input.
The choice is determined by the position of Jumpers J4 and J5 as shown below.
J4: position 1-2 EMER is a dry-contact input
position 2-3 EMER is a daylight sensor input
When EMER is a daylight sensor input:
J5: position 1-2 for an active low daylight sensor (0v => sensor is reporting maximum light)
position 2-3 for an active high daylight sensor (10v => sensor is reporting maximum light)
Note: JP3 and SW2 are not used.
