Plug an appropriate analog source
of music into the 1/8” stereo
headphone jack on the front of the
AU7007 and that music will then
be available to anyone who
selects that AU7007 as a source
on their keypad.
Run
Cat 5 cable from the enclosure to
a
single gang box at the eventual location of
the AU7007 and terminate the cable at
each e
nd with an RJ45 plug
(568A).

The AU7007 Global Source Input is a

connected input to the Digital Audio
system. It inputs analog audio,

adphone connector,

to AES3 digital format, sent to
the AU7000 over a single Cat 5 cable.

At the AU7007 location, plug the
terminated Cat 5 cable from the enclosure
into the rear of the AU7007 and mount the
AU7007 into the single gang box and
attac
h the wall plate.

cable from the remote AU7007 into one of
the four “Source” ports on the AU7000 and
apply power to the AU7000
.
