Note:
The wires prepared by our company have passed the GB or UL certification. The quality of wires is
excellent and meet production standards. The cross-sectional areas above are recommended for
5-metre long wires. Longer wires require larger cross-sectional areas.
4.2.5 Surge protection device
If the UPS is installed in a lightning-prone area, it’s better to install multiple surge protection devices between
the power grid and the UPS. The UPS can be equipped with the surge protection device of grade-C. If the UPS
is installed outdoors, it requires a higher surge protection level than those installed indoors.
4.2.6 Reverse feedback protection (optional)
It is suggested to add the contactor with 220 V AC coil at the AC power distribution side as the reverse feedback
protection device.
