Setting
To keep a minimum of comfort observe the minimum value
of electricity supplier contract which should be :
With electric heating :
– total installed power - non priority power.
With mixed heating :
– greatest value between : total power of direct heating and
power of basic h power of domestic water heater.
These concepts are for information only and each installa-
tion should be the subject of a detailed study.
Important
Alway set the rating of the load shedder to the same rating
as the electricity supplier circuit-breaker.
Comments
It is recommended not to cut off the electricity supply to the
load shedder in summer, as the electronic components res-
pond poorly to the return of voltage after a long shut down
period (moisture problem).
When powering up a load shedding cycle may trip unex-
pectedly (electronic stabilisation period).
