Fitting the cover (fig. 18)
Place the cover (J) over the seat assembly and attach it by looping the
top tapes over the studs at the back of the seat.
Stretch the cover (J) down and loop the bottom tapes over the studs
underneath the seat assembly.
Adjusting the seatbelts
To ensure maximum safety, the belts should run horizontally or at a
slight angle upwards (max. 15°) over the shoulders of the child.
This can be achieved by adjusting the belts.
Thread each belt from the front through one of the slots to the back of
the seat. Take the belt loop and thread from behind back through one of
the other slots to the inside. In this way, three different belt height posi-
tions can be set (View from the rear).
Check the correct tightness of the safety belt. The belt should sit relati-
vely tightly but comfortably on the child’s body. This setting is achieved
by adjusting the sliding clasps on the belt.
Maintenance and care
Maintenance
All joints and moving parts are maintenance-free.
Note: If any lubrication is carried out, use only silicone-based oil.
Care
To clean, use only water, washing-up liquid and a soft cloth or sponge.
The seat padding can be removed for cleaning (fig. 20).
Warning: To avoid material damage, do not under any circumstances
use detergents with a scouring action or solvent based cleaners, such
as Acetone, Toluol, etc.
